There is no voice- activated response system on our phones.
- Considerate of your particular needs, whether it is setting up an
appointment time, triaging an urgent eye health problem, or resolving
issues with your glasses or contact lenses.
- Capable of solving problems directly related to your scheduling,
spectacles, contact lenses, insurance, or billing questions.
- Competent to give the kind of assistance you need.
