Dr. Rob Sieffert is a therapeutically certified optometrist
providing vision examinations, corrective spectacle and
contact lenses, therapeutic eye care, and medical
management and referral services for various ocular
conditions and surgical care.

He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attended The Ohio State University,
graduating with BS and Doctorate of Optometry degrees. After graduation he served
two years in the Army as an optometrist and director of the Optometry Clinic at
Raymond W. Bliss Army Hospital in Arizona. He began his private eye and vision care
practice in Clemson in 1972.
He has been licensed in South Carolina and Pennsylvania, is a member of the American
Optometric Association, the South Carolina Optometric Association, and the Piedmont
Optometric Society. He has served on the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee,
Clemson Planning Commission, Clemson Sertoma Club, Clemson Rotary Club, Small
Business Administration Advisory Committee for South Carolina, and is a recipient of
numerous service awards.
